Any order will be delivered within the limits of the available stock, provided that it has been confirmed by the seller through a written notice (email) or by telephone.
According to the laws in force, the order placed on this website is considered a contract between the buyer and the seller and each party must fulfill its obligations. This means that the seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products and services, and the buyer undertakes to pay the order.

The order will be processed within maximum 2 business days. The delivery time of the products is between 1 and 3 business days from the moment the processing of the order has been completed (delivery to the courier). There will be no processing or delivery of orders on non-business days and public holidays.

- the product will not show signs of wear
- the product will not be damaged and will not have missing accessories
- notice of return of the product must be given within 30 days from the receipt of the package
- the return of the products will be made in a package that does not allow the product to be damaged during transport
- we reserve the right to refuse damaged packages or products that show signs of wear and tear
- returns will only be made together with the invoice received

- Please notify us of the intention to return the product by e-mail to office@silvester-tennis.com, containing: the name of the person who has placed the order, the order number, the product you wish to return (you will find these details in confirmation messages received after ordering)
- after you will receive from us the confirmation of receipt of your return request, you can return to us the product EXCLUSIVELY by express courier, with no cash on delivery, with the name of the person who has placed the order mentioned on the package
- the return address where you should send the product is: Str. Fundătura Gruiului, nr. 2, Câmpulung Muscel, jud. Argeș, cod poștal 115100, România
- as soon as we receive the product we will refund your money (within 14 calendar days)
- to return the money you need to give us an IBAN account, this being the only possible repayment method
- for returns, the only cost you will bear will be the cost of transporting the product to our headquarters, without any additional fees
You have a legal obligation to take care of the product (s) while it is in your possession. We also gladly offer the possibility to exchange products.
