Wristbands are an essential part of tennis equipment, being made of a comfortable yet thick material with good sweat absorption qualities. Wristbands help players keep sweat off their forehead without reaching for the towel and interrupting focus in the middle of the game. Also, they prevent sweat from trickling down the arms and into the palms of the hands, allowing players to keep a firm grip on the racket.
